Foundational Assessment

Our foundational assessment is a great place for everyone to start their journey toward lasting health. For just $495 plus the cost of lab work, expect to have a firm grasp of your current health status and an idea of what can be done to start the journey towards the healthiest version of YOU.

What is the process?

Three appointments are involved...

During the first appointment you'll go over a general health history and health goals (with an assistant of Dr. Woods). That meeting will end with ordering labs and scheduling your final appointment.

The second appointment is with our lab vendor where you'll have blood drawn for lab work.

The third appointment is scheduled about 1 month after your initial meeting. This is a longer, 60-minute appointment where Dr. Woods goes over your lab work in detail, and begins to create a custom approach to your health journey.

You'll leave this appointment feeling more informed about your current health and with an idea of what it will take to start your journey toward feeling and being your best, healthy self.

While some people may choose to continue on their health journey alone, many choose to engage in our functional medicine membership, where you continue to have access to Dr. Woods and her professional assistance in guiding you along your health journey.
